Children have a right to expression. Children need peace and security to thrive.
The Nirvanavan Foundation team and its extended community look forward to celebrating one of our favourite traditions — our much loved Art Mela for World Peace on 2 October. Last year, this gathering brought together over 800 children from schools across Alwar district, all drawing their visions for a world where peace and unity sustain.
We know that the future of the world lies with the children, and the Foundation team believes that children can be wonderful ambassadors for peace through their art, creativity and expression.
What is important about this art festival is that it brings together children from different class and caste, and from schools across the district. The goal of Nirvanavan Foundation is to break barriers between class and caste, and to foster better understanding and interaction between children regardless of their economic status. There is much hope for a just world, where children embrace unity among our great diversity.
